TRACKING HELP
You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by clicking the Track My Order button on this page, which takes you straight to our tracking portal.
You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. It will arrive by email, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
It can take carriers up to 48 hours to scan your parcel and update the tracking details. If your tracking number isn't showing any movement yet, please check back the next day — it should update shortly.
